Provide a vivid experience of the desired solution for all parties, clarify facts and the past, and find mutually satisfying decisions and reach agreements, that are respected by all.
Solution Focused Mediation
Solution Focus Mediation dispenses with conflict analysis, in contrast to conventional mediation, and instead centers the attention of all involved parties on a description of their desired future together, from the beginning. more ...
This condition, in which the needs of everyone are fulfilled, is achieved through the implementation of small steps that are designed by everyone involved. These steps may also represent changes in attitude or stance that result from the consideration of other perspectives, new viewpoints and expanded solution possibilities. It is often referred to as brief (short-term) mediation, because usually only a few sessions are needed to achieve the desired results.
The solution focused brief mediation approach developed by Marco Ronzani integrates solution focus (in the sense of Insoo Kim Berg, Steve de Shazer and others) and non-violent communication (in the sense of Marshall Rosenberg). It is enriched with elements and aspects of Systemic Structural Constellations (in the sense of Matthias Varga von Kibéd and Insa Sparrer) and with the Harvard Negotiation Concept.
